We have paired a Frizzle Polish hen (Sweet Cheeks) and rooster (Romeo) so we can collect fertile eggs to be incubated by a selected class. Chicken eggs hatch in 21 days provided humidity and temperature levels were maintained. The students will have the learning space to learn about agriculture and where our food comes from.
