Students were excited to try the pop-up salad bar this week at Buccholz High School! We loved testing this new concept featuring Farm to School and local farmers! Frog Song Organics, The Family Garden, and our own Farm to School Hub contributed to the beauty and bounty.
t’s a great way for students to choose what they would like in a salad while being exposed to new and unusual local products. It was a hit, and we are hoping to bring these to more high schools next school year!
